Kaizen Team began with a practical need inside two dental clinics. Operations around onboarding, records, training, paperwork, time tracking, and task execution were too fragmented, leaving teams dependent on memory and manual coordination. The opportunity was to turn that operational pain into a usable product system with room to scale.
We started by centralizing the operational workflows that were spread across memory, manual follow-up, documents, and disconnected tools.
We designed the product around the real daily needs of clinic teams, including onboarding, records, time tracking, checklists, paperwork, and performance visibility.
We added secure document handling and a training-video layer so the platform could support execution, compliance, and staff enablement in one place.
We introduced an AI assistant to help staff get step-by-step answers and jump to relevant support content faster, while also shaping the product for broader SaaS potential beyond dental clinics.
We delivered a centralized business management platform that brought together employee profiles, org charts, checklists, time tracking, pay grades, performance reviews, secure document workflows, paperwork handling, and training content. We then extended the experience with AI-assisted operational support so staff could get help instantly instead of searching manually.
