Mani was built around a common company problem: useful information exists across many places, but it is hard to access quickly when people need it. The goal was to make that knowledge searchable, actionable, and organized through one AI-assisted workspace across web and mobile.
We designed Mani as a company-wide assistant that could connect files, chats, data, and tasks into one more usable knowledge layer.
We supported natural-language questions so teams could retrieve information without needing to understand where it originally lived.
We extended the product beyond text by including document and media scanning plus task-support workflows that made the assistant operationally useful.
We delivered the experience across web and mobile surfaces so the assistant could fit more naturally into day-to-day company usage.
